How do I update my contact information?

Let's say you just got a shiny new phone, moved to a grand new house, or realized that your password should be updated.

To update your phone number, payment information, password, or view your account information, we have two methods:

On your phone:

1. Click on the camera/profile picture in the upper right corner of your home screen

2. Select "Personal Info" under the "Account" heading

3. Update the desired information.

4. Don't forget to save your changes!

On your computer:
1. Navigate to membership.exodus90.com

2. Log in using your current email and password

3. You might need to click the back arrow (orange/white) in the top left

4. Update the desired information

5. Don't forget to save your changes!


How do I update my payment information?

Your payment information is also accessible in the same place as your contact information. To make updates, follow one of the two following methods:

On your phone:

1. Click on the camera/profile picture in the upper right corner of your home screen

2. Select "Payment Method" under the "Account" heading

3. Update the desired information.

4. Don't forget to save your changes!

On your computer:
1. Navigate to membership.exodus90.com

2. Log in using your current email and password

3. You might need to click the back arrow (orange/white) in the top left

4. Update the desired information

5. Don't forget to save your changes!


Can I change my email address?

The way to update your email address is to contact us directly. This can easily be done by selecting the black chat icon on the bottom right or emailing us at [email protected].
